The Frozen Frutti Frutti babies are running out of Tutti Frutti Bay ice creams because they haven't been getting many orders lately and they will eventually melt. So they come up with the idea of hiding a special ticket inside one of the ice creams: whoever finds it will have the chance to visit the ice cream factory. The babies from the other worlds find out about it and they run away with the ice cream in search of the special entrance!
