The Bubigirls have to organise their first party: The Inauguration of Super Party Shop. They will have to learn to swell balloons and the Little Witch will explain them what is the function of the wand that she gave them in the preivous episode: they can turn balloons into real objects. While they are practicing, something unexpected happens and they destroy the decoration they had prepared. Luckily, the Bubiloons have done their work perfectly and arrive at the shop with some cool balloons with confetti inside to decorate the shop and make the first party.
